My experience with ProGuard Security Services is outstanding and is willing to give you hours if asked upon. The company is friendly and easy to get along with the employees. I have had no issues working for this particular company. I believe working for this company is great. I give the company a 5 star rating.

As an employee, this is the best security company I’ve ever worked for. I not only feel valued, appreciated and understood, but able to extend my reach as far as I am able to grasp in all areas of my professional life and career. We are a small company, yes, and with that comes room for improvement—but in my experience, it’s always the larger companies that fail to recognize and uplift those who are most loyal to their mission. Not everyone who experiences us as a service, may want to be a part of what we have to offer, but for those who decide to move forward with us, you may quickly realize that we never fail to acknowledge those who persist and progress. Because as an individual you are valued, and we do our very best to deliver the highest quality services to our clients by consistently catering to their unique, individual needs. We uphold a high standard for our staff, a standard that speaks for itself, a standard that allows those who desire growth to do just that. In a sense, I feel like I’m a part of something greater as an officer for ProGuard. We’ve come together to form a community, that not only cares and caters to our own—but relentlessly to our clients.

Worked for the company for 3 days, solo on site in California Grand Casino. Mike Givens and Steven Honda were to give me an accurate schedule and did not cooperate on that which caused me to get a write up (no-call, no-show) the following 4th day which was scheduled by Mike Givens to be the start of my 2 off days. I called regarding that and never received a follow up from Steven Honda, regarding the innacuracy of it. I was also supposed to get paid today but figure since I left company for another one almost immediately the following day, all my attempts to contact them from my phone and other phones has been impossible. I still have not recieved my pay for the time and a half shifts also. Total hours worked before leaving this company was approximately 5 (5 hour orientation), 4 (4 hour training at CGC site), 8 hours (solo grave), 10.5 (2.5 time and a half), and my final day was 8.5 (.5 time and a half) I would not recommend this company to anyone searching for a professionally managed security crew. Lacks proper leadership, let alone an open schedule access needed to avoid said issues. I'm sure I wasn't the first with an issue here, or sadly, the last.
