I've never used the auto wash, but the other bays are nice. Sometimes the card readers are picky.

I usually use the manual wash but sometimes the automatic -- the bays have always been clean and the staff (owner) is amazing!

The Self serve bay entrance is 10 feet tall x 10 feet wide. The opposite end (Exit) is 8' - 9" tall x 10 feet wide. The exit height is obstructed by the roll up garage door.
