I drove 20 miles to visit the shop on a Saturday. Despite their posted hours saying that they open at 10am - at 10:15 their front door was still locked. I tried calling them to confirm their hours - but all I got was a message that their Voicemail was full. I even tried e-mailing them and still haven't heard back. From what little I could see through the window it looked like they were still in business - but the locked doors during posted operating hours and the overflowing voicemail box makes me wonder...

I waited over 3 months for them to fill my order. They kept telling me it won't be too much longer. Today they sent me an email canceling my order. Real crummy and devious customer service.
