This Games Workshop only has Warhammer Age of Sigmar and Warhammer 40,000 and LoTR so unfortunately you wouldn't be able to play D&D here but it's quite easy to find games/learn to play the games I listed above!
Yes, Anyone can play, probably works best for ages 12 plus. They will teach the rules, run demo games and teach you how to paint at the store
