Some of the worst internet I’ve ever been forced to use. We live in a small town and the options for high download speeds is small. Given the consistency of this internet though, I’m not sure it’s even worth the money we pay to get the speeds we want. On any given day our speeds can range from 400+ (which we don’t pay for) all the way down to 4 mbps making the internet almost useless on weekends. The equipment they give you is poor at best but even with top of the line routers and modems, the internet is still very shoddy. If you can stray away from Mediacom I absolutely would. Not worth the hassle, money and stress it brings

Outages, over billing, and bandwidth far below what I pay for. But they were the only provider in this area 7 years ago. Every year I hope it gets better, nope it gets worse, even with new isp starting service in the area Don't make a huge mistake with this provider if you work from home, have students doing classwork online, or even use the Internet for entertainment you will be frustrated and disappointed.

Impossible to get a direct phone to the local office. Going there means you're going to be yelled at and accused of things by the awful woman who works there.

Terrible service, the connection is ALWAYS CUTTING OUT, WAY OVER PRICED, MAFIA OWNED AND OPERATED. NOT SURPRISED ONE STAR IS THE BIGGEST RATING, I've never seen that anywhere, so obviously Mediacom doesn't care to change, and cares less about customers. Kiss me where the Good Lord has split me, Mediacom.
