The workout works for me. I see results and feel better.I personally am not losing a ton of weight but I am toning and adding muscle.

I was a member of Orange Theory for about a month and a half. Enjoyed it at first, you get what you put into the workouts. However, early November I came down with the flu, after many negative COVID tests. I returned to Orange Theory after I was well again just to be told I lose the classes I don’t use in the given month. Even with the fact that I was sick and we’re in a global pandemic. The lack of accommodation and lack of empathy was shocking. Not to mention how the app did not give good indication of a wait list for a given class. I went only to be turned away because they were only taking 12 people. Save your money and don’t bother with this elitist gym

I came here to try out and it was a Amazing experience! Everyone was kind and informative! Super clean environment ! I thought it was really cool to have the heart monitoring you while you working out appear on the screen and switching off to different work outs made it go by fast and it was very fun ! I got a great work out there and the instructor was very knowledgeable and checked on me often while she still did instructing the whole class. She made the work out fun and motivating ! I definitely recommend trying this out !
