This is the absolute worst home Depot I've ever been to they never have anything you need the store is all in disarray and everybody's delivery is in the way when you try to check out or enter the store you can't even get in the store and then they are rude when you tell them the stuff is in your way and you can't shop then after shopping you have to go to another store because they don't have half of the items in stock like all the other stores do

Steve in Hardware and Peggy from Customer Service are the perfect combination of knowledgeable and friendly. If everyone was as professional and kind-hearted as those two, the world would be a better place. I'd heavily suggest that anyone reading this should come down to the Home Depot in Nashua for any and all questions/ideas/products related to your needs. I'd give the store 6 stars if I could.

Many of the staff are not only helpful finding obscure parts and tools, they are fairly amazing knowledgeable, unusual characters from another lifetime. I suppose they formerly ran hardware stores, now driven out of business by giant chain stores supplying do-it-yourself die-hards like myself.

I bought 37 cases of Malibu Wide Plank (5500$) from this store. The floors were supposed to arrive at 6/18. But it did not. I called the store and even went to the store several times, they couldn't tell me where my floors were. 4 days later, a truck arrived to deliver. However, the driver had no tool or helper. He just pushed our floor down from a very large truck. And the floors were damaged. We went to the store and talked the manager. They promised to refund our money. But they need to get the floors back first. However, it has been 9 days. The store still couldn't figure out who would take the floors back. The manager said the manufacturer was responsible for picking up the floor but she couldn't get an answer from them. And she refused to refund me because she couldn't get the floor picked up. This is not right!
