He called ahead of time explained how long he would be to get to the house, asked me what had happened as to why my refrigerator was not working, diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the process and approximate time to fix the issue, was quick and efficient, and all work was completed in a reasonable time. He cleaned up everything, and you would not have even known he was there! He was prepared to handle the situation because he was both knowledgeable and had the part on hand. He was excellent, and I would recommend him to anyone needing service. Take good care of him as an employee. He is a keeper!

The technician was very friendly, professional, obviously experienced, and had a good sense of humor. He explained what he was doing as we was doing it, and quickly determined that the problem was a blown thermal fuse on our clothes dryer. He replaced it, tested the dryer and also noted that the attachment of the vent duct needed tightening and fixed that. Extremely happy with this service call. Although 'Melk', the technician was delayed and did not show up in the specified window, we were kept informed of the delays and ETA. I blame the scheduling system for this, since one service call may take 10 minutes, and another might take two hours. The tech doesn't know what they're up against until they're in the thick of it. In fact, Melk called us to ask for the specific symptoms of our problem, just so he could start diagnosing the problem before even arriveing. Those who complain about a tech arriving outside of the scheduled window need to chill out, or learn how to fix it themselves.

Was called prior to scheduled time to forecast arrival. When they arrived care was taken to insure cleanliness. Estimate was given and repair was completed in a timely fashion. Technicians were very friendly, helpful and curtsies.

Visit went smoothly. Questions answered fully. I feel reassured that I have been taking care of my appliances correctly. Have used this service in the past, with similar excellent results - which is why I scheduled the appt. - and I would not hesitate to use Sears services in the future. I like the idea of continuing to have Sears check my equipment periodically on the schedule recommended.
