terrible wait times. was told an hour, it’s been three hours and i believe i’m allergic to something, told them that, and they did nothing. it’s to the point where my throat is entirely swollen shut, i can’t breathe, and all they are doing is apologizing and telling me it won’t be much longer. it’s clear they don’t care about their patients, as i told them i do not have covid, just an extremely swollen throat, and they made me sit in a hallway alone for 3 hours because sore throat is ONE symptom of covid. when asked on a scale of 1-10 my pain, i reported a 10, nothing was done to make my wait more comfortable.

HORRIBLE wait times. Was told wait time would be about 1 hr and now I’m running up on 2. The doctors aren’t always great at their jobs and often don’t listen to the patients. If anyone knows of any other walk in cares where the service is quicker let me know.

I’ve had to wait 2.5 hours (and counting) to get admitted. After seeing every car beside me both arrive and depart while I’ve had to wait this whole, I tried calling to make sure I’m still on the waiting list, but no answer. Call back, no answer. I tried calling the other number they reached me with, no answer. I understand the times we are in, and understand others may need help before me. It’s the wait time in addition to lack of communication is what is truly irritating. Here’s to hoping I get in before hour 3.

The staff were so friendly so they deserve 6 stars. But the wait was so long! I had to take my niece due to a UTI and we sat there for 4 hours with no updates or anyone checking in. I finally asked where we were at time wise and in the end it was a 6 hour trip. The ER would have been faster!!
