This one star review pertains specifically to the service at Van Houten Gardens. The lady working on 5/7 was extremely rude when we went to exchange a hibiscus plant we purchased the day before, for one more ready to bloom on Mother’s Day. Her attitude and tone when lecturing me about these plants was awful and condescending - she was even rude to the customers before me when they asked for advice about plants. If you are working at a nursery, you should be expected to help people with their questions. Buying flowers and plants should be an enjoyable experience. When we left, the lady said “good luck!” in a very passive aggressive manner. I will never go back here and urge people not to support businesses with nasty workers.

One of the few places that still had arrangements, wreathes and small trees left a day before Christmas Eve. Love my Fir arrangement! Smells like Christmas in the house now 🎄
