This was the dirtiest and most poorly run clinic I have ever been too. It was like a third world facility. The equipment for doing eye tests was so dirty I could literally see other skin cells and sunblock on the nose rest and I asked them to wipe it down and they grabbed a paper towel. During the ear test I had to remind them to chance the protective covers for the last patient. The doctor didn’t wear gloves or a mask. No one did. They lost my appointment even though I had a verification email and I waited two hours for my appointment. The facility was overbooked and under staffed. The equipment was ancient. The hygiene was lacking. Overall, disgusting. If It wasn’t required for my new job to get a screening when I was there, I would have walked out.

Receptionist was very nice! The nurse that did my UDS was very nice! And I didn't have to wait that long to do a 5-10 min test, even when they were behind schedule a bit.

All of the staff at Concentra are super sweet and very helpful! I hate to say it! But I really look forward to going in and seeing everyone! I will be sad but happy when I actually have to leave for the last time! I will feel better due to Eric’s great P.T. And the doctors doing their job so well! You all are wonderful people! From the front desk ladies!!😁 all the way back to P.T. I really do hope they all get the raises they deserve!!! It is very hard to find great not good but great help!! You have a great group of employees!!!!
