Never have I received such shoddy service by a healthcare "professional" as I did with Dr. Nkeng at PCHC Walk in Care, Union St, Bangor. I went in last night due to severe back pain, I was the last patient to be seen and it was almost closing time. The doctor did a very brief "examination" if you could call it that. He asked a couple of questions, touched my low back a few times, checked my reflexes in my legs and had my try to pull up my legs while holding pressure on my legs. 2-3 minute "exam" and he decided my issue was muscle spasms, gave me a shot of Tramadol while not even verifying that I had a driver...I should not have been driving. He said he would fax my pharmacy with a prescription....got to the pharmacy and it was not sent. Now I need to backtrack a bit, after being seen I sat in my car a very few minutes ..the Dr quickly exited the building and followed me out of the parking lot...my guess is that it was Friday night and he had somewhere "important" to be. In short if I were dying I would NEVER go back!

PCHC walk in care does not get enough credit. With Northern Light across the street, no one ever pays attention to the smaller health center. I have been here twice so far and they have gotten me in and out within 30 minutes… maybe even less. The people are nice and very helpful. Don’t get me wrong, the people are good at NL, but waiting 2+ hours to be seen is not it. Go to PCHC instead!!!

Was told I would have to wait 30-40 minutes. I appreciate the buzzer system however once inside and in room, I have been sitting and waiting for the doc for about 1 hour. I was told there was one person ahead of me, and yet I’m still waiting? They told me after I took my vitals it should be much longer …. 55 minutes later I have yet to see a doctor. OVER IT

I have been getting chiropractic care, off and on for over 40 years. When I find à good chiropractor I know it. Jim Cash, DC at Bangor PCHC really knows what he's doing. He's very gentle but also very effective. If you're in pain and just want some relief give Dr. Cash DC a try. To me the thing I like best about him is that he genuinely cares about you!

Just go to bridge program and talk to Stephanie or Amanda they will help you get into the program but beware you have to take a piss test when ya get there and then you have to be withdrawing off of anything before they let ya get into it bc I been in the program for 2 years now and I am monthly take homes 28 pills a month and make sure you go to Union Street on and then they will set you just make sure you call and also get your Suboxone filled at pchc bc sometimes I would have issues with my meds so I would have to go back to suite 3 and then they start you out weekly 7 days and the if you do good they will get ya 2 weeks and then after time they get ya into recovery which is suite 3
