Smuggler's Cove Oceanfront Inn is AMAZING! This was our first time staying and we had a great time from start to finish. Our room was very accommodating and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Being a per-friendly inn is a big plus for us. The grounds are beautiful and there is so much to do you never even have to leave the property if you choose not to. The on-site restaurant was very convenient and the complimentary breakfast was awesome and also the dinner we had! We were able to bring our dog on the outdoor deck while dining. We had 4 days of beautiful sunny weather and the sunsets were gorgeous. The staff is very friendly, helpful and hardworking. This was a very relaxing vacation and we did not want to leave. Cannot wait to go back in the Fall. We absolutely loved it here.

A great little hideaway in Boothbay. The rooms are very clean. A ton of things to do on the property as well as a decent restaurant. The staff was very nice and inviting. We couldn't have had a better weekend. See you soon!

We stayed the last week of May 2022 and it was the most relaxing vacation I’ve taken in decades. We stayed in the Pier building and it was clean, updated and the sunset views were amazing. Breakfast in the morning was very good and so was dinner the evening we ate in the restaurant. The staff were all very helpful and kind and we’d definitely return for another visit. It’s close enough to town to go visiting but far enough out for quiet evenings.

Smuggler's Cove Inn was probably the highest of the highlights of our three-week New England fall colors driving trip. Being Oregonians, our expectations were mostly based on Frank Capra movies and generic myths about autumn in the eastern seaboard states. We were absolutely delighted by Smuggler's Cove Inn. Ther staff are lovely, the breakfast is generous, the rooms are wonderful and . . . the views. Oh, the views! This little piece of paradise must be a secret, but anyone who has the opportunity absolutely must stay at the Inn. Not since Deer Harbor in the San Juan Islands have we been treated to such Zen-like calm, quiet and peace. We hope to come back one day.
