Pharmacy is slow. Even if they know you are in pain and are waiting for your prescription. Takes longer than what they say your wait time will be.

First time in the store for pharmacy..got my prescriptions transferred from Walgreens in Elmwood Park today. Got emailed both prescriptions ready for pickup. Went in at 240 pm.. waited in line ..no acknowledgement..just wait my turn..not sure how long..10 minutes, not too bad..I did they were busy..patience is definitely a good thing

Worst Walgreens ever ever ever! I totally agree that the staff is very unprofessional. Have been hung up on, especially when it comes to one particular Pharmacist in question. She acts as if she is the doctor... I receive an email and msg. on my Walgreens App. stating that my prescription is ready for pick up, yet only with this particular pharmacist does it happen, where I am turned right back around (on a monthly basis) because she thinks she is the doctor and is authorized to go over my Ins., Dr., etc. and tell me that it's ready but she cannot sell it to me.... Just horrible!

Convenient drive thru service. Pharmacy helped me out on getting my prescriptions cheaper. Plenty of parking space. In store good for quick shopping. This is my main neighborhood pharmacy.
