Customer Service at the Pharmacy is at an all time low. The man and young woman at the Pharmacy registers on 07/08/2022 6:00pm looked miserable working there. No friendly service, not a smile, not a hello, not even a you’re welcome when you thank them. Horrible employees at the Walgreens Pharmacy.

Cashier was rude and should be trained on how to provide customer service. I’m guessing he was upset because of a situation with another customer. He was talking about the customer to his coworker and didn’t even acknowledge me when I went up to the register. I said hi and he ignored me. The whole time he just seemed bothered and didn’t even smile once. He yanked my receipt so aggressively and basically threw it at my hand. I still smiled at him and said thank you and once again he ignored me. I’ve worked customer service before and I understand it can get stressful but you should never take your anger out on all customers just because one customer gave you a hard time!

🚨🚨I truly need the world 🌎 to know about Breanna 💯 tonight 2/13/22 She was the cashier at the 55th & kedize location, my son was recently shot (TBI) which left him needing a Lil help with certain things well tonight was one of those times he needed help at the Register Breanna went over and beyond measurements to help my son she was VERY patient, loving, caring, understanding 💙 and more I'm sooooo freaking Grateful God has Blessed this world 🌎 & Walgreens with Breanna, I called her to thank her personally and to let her know that she warmed my heart ❤️ with her unconditional love for people ( my son) as she started to cry with Thanks I knew then her heart was and is deeper into customer service more than she knew while ending our call I was able to send her hugs through the cell towers THANKS WALGREENS FOR having a PHENOMENAL SPIRIT "BREANNA "On your team 💯💯💯💯🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤

I was on hold for almost an hour. I had asked the pharmacist a question and she said hold on let me check never came back on the line and was hung up on. I called again and was placed on hold waited another 20 minutes and nothing. I understand your busy but if you say hold on let me check I'm thinking your taking care of a quick question for me and not leave me on hold forever
