This place has the worst service ever.. it's been two days and my wife still haven't gotten her medicine.. we tried to get the prescription transferred to CVS but they phone service is so terrible can't even do that.. I recommend no one uses the service at this place

The service is unacceptable. I waited in the drive thru for 30+ minutes before being served. There's no excuse for having ppl waiting that long. And they don't even apologize for having customers waiting. Awful, just awful!!!

This Walgreens either needs to be shut down or hire more proficient and responsible employees. I came in on Friday to drop off prescription order at the Pharmacy. The guy told me it was going to be ready by the next day around noon. I called up there the next day to check to see if it was ready. They had me on hold for 20 minutes just to hang up in my face. So I decided I would go up there today on Sunday early in the morning. I get there and they said they do not have my prescription in the system and cannot find the paper with my prescription on it. They also didn’t offer any additional help nor was sympathetic. All the person could tell me was to call my dentist office and have them resend it. This didn’t help me at all because my dentist office is closed on Sundays and I really needed my pain medication for my tooth. Prior to coming here this weekend, I came last week and the pharmacy was very crowded and their drive thru are always backed up as well. They always only have one person working the counter while 2 work on the computers. They are understaffed and need a lot of help. If help isn’t provided, then they should just get closed down because it makes no sense to keep it running if the staff isn’t helpful to the customers.

I asked them to check my blood pressure because I feel light headed and dizzy and she asked the Pharmacist and laughed and said No. Poor customer service, no empathy for customers and there health. Everyone in the medical field should be able to provide BASIC medical services to ensure customers are healthy and well.
