NO STARS!!! The worst pharmacy service ever!!!! Just hangs up on me after a long time repeat on - holds. At least answer or keep me on-hold but don’t hang up. I’m short staffed at work also but you don’t want me to treat you like that. I feel for the people with urgent matters or elderly having to deal with lack of courtesy from a pharmacy of all places.

I had an appointment and all records in order but Walgreens screwed up everything up. Most recently they vaccinated a person who came after us. We're still waiting.

Was on hold with pharmacy for 15 minutes and then over 30 minutes and then was hung up on both times. I called the front of the store and told them this and they said that’s normal. The store needs to be able to prioritize phone calls.

Yes, just ask the front counter that you need your passport photo taken and they will take care of you. It costs about $12 i think.
