I travel a LOT for work, so I know a thing or two about hotel staff. The staff here is the best I've ever met. We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Lisa at the front desk worked literal miracles for us upon checking in, getting us a room at 8:30 in the morning on the first day of our stay and working to get our stay extended. Riley was a champ the rest of the week, allowing our team to take over the lobby to setup a buffet and watch a movie on the lobby TV. They bent over backwards to make our stay PERFECT. The hotel staff were honorary members of our baseball team this week, asking for status updates after each game and cheering us on when we kept winning. They were the best! Thanks so much!

The staff here, specially Britney, went out of their way to be helpful. We had a late check in and she called during snow storm just to make sure we’re ok. Stacy and Ana very nice as well. Thanks Residence Inn for a great stay and great employees.

When staff, Anna, Lisa and Rachel (and the others) asked if there was anything they could fo to make the stay better, they ment it. I have stayed in a many hotels over past 30 years but this staff extended the best customer service ever. They helped make my Areatha Franklin themed birthday celebration memorable among my well wishers. They gave me "knock your socks off service". I do miss the evening Manager's social hour and the hot breakfast but the grab and go was filling. I am already looking forward to the next stay. The room was quite nice and clean. The lobby, the pool and the outdoor patio were most impressive areas to socialize
