This is a tought question in a hunch since I've worked there (and how u wrote the question lol). I will say this the culture is very nice people are nice and its enjoyable at times; however, it can be quite isolating at time for some, a since of "do say this or else" additude u will find form many there. In other words be glad u work there and be proud u will do well there, be opinionated and "real" with people there and you will not last long there. In short fake it and you will make it. LoL!!
