Latitude building are absolutely amazing. I move in about a month ago and I love my new apartment. I had never applied for an apartment before and I have to thank the awesome leasing office staff for helping me through the process as well as keeping the community updated on anything going on in the community.Any questions or concerns I had they walked me through all of them. I also have a bigger dog which can be hard when applying but it was super easy and he was approved right away too. When moving in the apartment was professionally cleaned and looked brand new. We have had no problems with the building, apartment or anything else.

Kind staff, quality apartments, and wonderful amenities. Latitude has a unique location that complements the beauty of Maine nature and convenience of proximity to downtown Portland. My partner and I have been here for 6 month and we highly recommend Latitude!

Just got informed that the rent will be increasing to almost 2100 if we would like to resign our lease. We are having trouble finding anywhere else to live but we can't afford this rent increase. It's not worth it for what it is. My advice is to leave Maine and stop giving these people your money.

Multiple neighbors have broken leases to move out early - that's all you need to know. Absolute bare minimum attempts across the board. They just sent out a misleading addendum about being ALLOWED to smoke here - anyone considering this place beware, it's disgusting, and every step they take is to lay the groundwork for future fines and penalties. The lounges? Gyms? No, they don't exist in your building, and won't for some time. Ice your walkway? Forget about it unless you're right outside the management offices. Mud pits, trash, broken glass, and random debris - if this is your thing you'll love this place as the grounds are littered with it. This was a slapped together attempt to gouge new residents to the city. Nothing about this is luxury. Here's the kicker - management will ARGUE with you if you complain. They have zero experience managing a building, let alone one they claim is a "luxury" building. Employees smoke on premise. They charge a mandatory $25 a month "trash butler" fee for a service that comes by in a narrow window in some evenings and takes one small trash can but does not take cardboard, and only cans in a special bag. Why can't you opt out of this nonsensical service? If you enjoy quiet, do not move here. You can hear your neighbor fart five doors down. It's dramatically bad, having lived in several other buildings.

Around 80 bucks for electric...waters between 5 and 10...just internet for spectrum is 50. There's like 60 bucks in random fees from latitude and if you have a pet it's another 40
