The people that work at Pine Tree Legal are great but the phonebot, not so much. It's lazy, repeats itself, doesn't listen and will hang up on you. I am working with a COVID Eviction relief attorney (for eviction prevention) named Sarah Austin and she is great. She is patient and answers any questions I have and then waits a few extra seconds just to make sure I dont have any more, I'm not sure if she is aware she does this but it's great. I had this as a draft while I emailed her and waited for a response, I expected a few days but she got back to me same day within hours not by email but PHONE 🤳 I missed the call but I was shocked at how she seemed to know it would be better to call and speak to me rather than shove an email at my eyeballs and go about her day. I hope to never be in another eviction situation but if I am I will call PTL and if possible work with Sarah again. Great experience so far

Absolutely terrible service... completely unhelpful and a waste of time. I was completely taken advantage of by a landlord who has a history of doing so, and the so called "legal assistance" I received from Pine Tree was a huge waste of time. The people who work for pine tree legal do not care about the health and safety of myself or for children who have been put in danger whatsoever.

Helped me at no cost. Very quick to help me with my landlord. Had the issue resolved same day. I would highly recommend anyone who needs help call them and see if they can help or guide you to someone who can.

I've had a really great experience with Pine Tree Legal. I've encountered a lot of debt scams the past several months. Intake has been very easy to get a hold of and they've been very informative. They helped me navigate through the scams and gave excellent advice. Also, Katie McGovern is absolutely wonderful, efficient, and really helpful. I highly recommend Pine Tree Legal, especially if you're going through a hard time financially. They might be low/no cost, but it certainly doesn't dictate their abilities as lawyers.

This Is Dan Howes Again. Sorry I was using a phone. Now Im using a "Screen Name". The phone is not capable of handling my data out put. I am doing email as Rom Hack Stash Box. Rom Hack is a carefully designed trigger designed only for one stupid MBA fraud that don't know how to research. Fair Use Rights in 2020. My best advice is this: Change your name don't tell anybody. Never tell anyone your real birth date. Go to the bank and get a doing business actor name AKA DBA. Create a fake DBA name such as Billy bong hitter. Have all people write out their checks to Billy bong hitter. Tell all lovers your name is billy bong hitter. have all fans call you billy bonghitter. never tell anyone your real name. welcome to a practically anonymous lifestyle AKA an elites lifestyle. Pay me later. I dated and had sex with Dalene Kretchmer DBA: Dido, Belinda Carlisle, Faith Evans, Rachel McAdams, Barbie Sins, and a lot more names. I drink @H0me and I know the answer. of course you can. these
maine is a 1 party state actually and i am pretty sure that is legal as only 1 party needs to consent even if it is the party doing the recording
Pine Tree Legal stepped all over my rights. They where the defendants protection. the defendant frauded PTL as the defendant has as large or larger bank accounts than anyone at PTL. Pine Tree Legal's may have done more than just step on my rights, they may have done some things with the defendant as well. I also know the defendant knows sign language and I suspect that the Defendant's Lying Krutch may have offered the fat judge something sexual using sign language or gangster criminal signs, as DLK also may have connections to organized crime at the highest levels across the world.
Wasn't able to help and had me wasting time for a month not letting me until day after court and I was told they never recieved any paperwork to state my case
Idk I would think that up to the city u live in not housing authority. There a time of year when they let u leave things out. Wish I could help I more dear
The first thing is who is serving youvwith a search watent and why? Is there probable cause ? You should also have some one with you i e a family member and alway ask to see i d of the person serving you the notice...thrn you need to be aware of your rights and as to why all this is going on question why...

I'd contact PTLA directly Andrea. I just went through an eviction process and the landlord is only required to store things for 14 days. I honestly don't know if things would be different in your case but my instincts say that while still a civil matter it would be quite different. Honestly, I'm unsure as to why you waited this long to get help in retrieving the remainder of your belongings. Had it been me I'd have sought help the next week if not the next business day. If you go to ptla.org and find the contact us section they'll be able to help you better as they really don't have the resources to help in this forum.

He can hold it up to 30 days without reason. I do believe he is required to provide an itemized billing if requested. Worst case you could sue in small claims court for the deposit and any fees associated with filing the case. At that point he'd need to prove why he kept any of the deposit. "Normal wear and tear" would likely be what tape fell into and they can't charge for that.
Please reach out to them via the ptla.org website under the contact us section. It's a tricky thing but if done right then yes you could take it out of the rent, I believe. However, getting 3 estimates and paying the lowest professional to do it would be wiser imho.

Depends on the time of day and if it's violating a noise ordinance or clause. You can ask them to but as far as enforcing is where it gets tricky.
get the letter sent registered mail, so that someone has to sign for it. proof that they received it.
Most places are allowed to hold showings with either 24 or 48hrs written notice. As far as you not being there I'm not sure.
They must certainly do!as far as how many hours ahead of time it's got to be at least 24 but it could be more
