$5/hr parking in downtown Portland is CHEAP! Yes you might have to walk 2-3 extra blocks as opposed to parking on Commercial St but those lots cost $50 minimum. All the reviews on here about being expensive are outdated. If you've been to Old Port any time within the last year or so, you'll know what I mean.

Last Tuesday I found myself stuck in the garage with a dead battery. It was cold and I needed to find a way to get to my doctor’s appointment. I contacted Steve (Garage Attendant) by phone and although he was at another garage momentarily, he came over immediately and helped me get my car started. My hood also got stuck as we were finishing up and Steve knew exactly what to do to fix the worn cable using WD40 and pliers. Above and beyond customer service! Thanks so much Steve!

I park here for work. I think it's a dangerous garage. Not really wide enough for two way driving. Especially now with their silly renovation. Adding office space on Fore St. side. The owners are greedy and rotten. The management company is lazy. They kick people out whenever they want and don't care at all about the community .
