We went to a show at the civic center and purchased a parking pass with our tickets. Getting in was fine though a large majority of spaces were earmarked for hotel guests only. When we went to leave however it took at 40 minutes to get from our parking spot to the card reader, and the park pass reader required that we pay an additional 5.00 because it said we were over our time, despite the ticket saying 10:30 OR 1.5 hours after end of event (which ended at 9:45). The attendant was really apologetic but what can you really do when you have a line of cars behind you but pay the stupid charge. I’d really like my money back.

Monthly parking here was super convenient. They set up auto pay and gave me an key card the same day I called. Always plenty of spots and elevators to take you up & down (although I wouldn't recommend using the stairs - not the best smelling). No problems canceling when we moved a few months later.

This is one of the least consumer friendly parking garages I've ever used. There is always something wrong with the credit card readers, and no way to walk up even one floor except walking in the road . There's usually no one around to help when ticket machines aren't working. Its a lot easier to go elsewhere.
