Shout out to Caroline A. for providing excellent customer service. A pair of earrings had gone up in price on the jeweler's website ($410, damn inflation). I was thrilled to have come across Springer's who offered it at the previous price point ($385). I pointed out the increased price, but Caroline still honored it at $385 AND a Yelp deal! I ended up saving more $ vs. purchasing directly from the jeweler. Couldn't be happier. Pls don't hesitate to reach out!

Amazing experience at Springer’s jewelers in Portland… My family and I went to visit ME for the foliage past weekend. I decided to contact Springer in Portland a few weeks ahead before the trip and asked for help finding Rolex watches for a very special occasion gift to my son and my wife. I had such a great experience working with Kelly. She was professional, accommodating, and really cares for her customers wishes. The store didn’t have the watches that we were looking for, but Kelly kindly offered another beautiful timepiece that I couldn’t refuse and ended up buying it for my son. My son’s very happy with the watch and I’m hoping to hear more good news on my wife’s watches soon. Many thanks Kelly and Springer’s jewelers… highly recommended!
