Be aware that even with a monthly contract you must move your vehicle at most every 7 days. Staff is not universally aware of this and may/will tell you otherwise, however it is in the contract. Customer service varies greatly by person.

Well lit, easy access in and out. I parked from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on a holiday weekend Friday and I didn't notice that there was any rate hikes. I only paid $12.50 and it was walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do in the city. There's bathrooms available but only during certain hours.

Careful, this garage runs a nifty little scam where they charge the outrageous fee of $25 dollars just so some guy can open a gate to let you out. No legitimate justification for this fee exists, there is no cost to them since the guy is there anyway counting money in his office like Scrooge McDuck. (We showed up 5 minutes past midnight and had to pay, but first we got to watch the guy in the office intentionally ignore us for 15 minutes). The closing time and penalty fee etc are not clearly indicated when you enter. (Seems clear enough when the garage is CLOSED... but I swear they just put up the signs after midnight). I also wonder if the guy just pockets the fee. Watch out for these extortionists.
