This could be the most messed up system known to mankind. Understand that the garage doesn't want the expense of a real human in the booth, but trying to pay the fee, when the machine at the exit doesn't work is a full time job. First, had to wait 15 minutes for some guy to show up and let us out as the card reader was not working. Then given a website to pay on line- doesn't work, and then a phone number that is manned by the answering service that can provide no answers or help. Here I am 3 days later still unable to pay the bill. Last time I will ever park in that building. That is a guarantee.

Garage is across from Cross Insurance Arena - they told us there would be extra $25 fee. What they didn’t say is that it would take 10+ minutes PER CAR to get out of the garage!! Why own/operate a garage across from a concert venue if you won’t let people out? It isn’t about the extra money, I expect to pay extra to park during an event. This is just poor management.

Rolled in about 740pm and saw the sign say closed at 9. No worry, roll back up at 0850 and the side i accessed was closed, but the other was open. By the time i walked tp the other side, it was also closed. Contracted security came for the unlock ($25 extra) then pay for parking time. Great way to keep out of towners from wanting to return. Hopefully others read this prior to even consider parking here...

Did not see the signs saying that the garage closed at 8. Whatever I’ll pay the $25 fee, but when the “security guard” tries to take a picture of my ID with a personal phone that is where I draw the line. Please anyone be as safe as you possibly can and don’t get scammed by this garage.
