How in the world does this place stay in business? My mother spent months trying to get a rollator. Their billing does not correlate at all with the info from insurance. And right now, I am trying to reach them regarding a nebulizer and they literally do not answer the phone and their voicemail is full. This is an essential business for a lot of people. Treat it that way!!

I have tried to get my rollator from these people for weeks. They don't answer the phone or emails. I finally get a voicemail to call and schedule a pickup but as I stated, they don't answer the phone. I drove there and read the sign in the window that said pickup by appointment only, please call. After looking into a few windows there wasn't anyone around. This company does a great disservice to the disabled and I can only hope for the state to close the door to this place for good

I have HAD it with that place. On hold for hours. They don't return calls. Been trying to order my son's ostomy supplies for a week. Now I have to physically go in there on an already full schedule. The morale there is not good and they are very curt.

No one answers the phone, returns phone calls or responds to messages lately. Their voicemail is often full. We never have had this issue there in the past. I have been trying to get an existing order filled there for over a week. It’s super frustrating, are there any people actually working there? I wish there were other local medical supplies companies around to order from.

They prefer to be called to verify that the order is accurate or requires a doctor's prescription
