Cape May staff and Maintenance team are simply amazing to keep it short. I had a few questions in office and the team member graciously obliged. I had a few work orders and the maintenance team member had come the very next day to inform me that work order had been received and proceeded to investigate issue to see what tools or equipment was needed for completion. Very informative that my order would be complete in the next day or so. And it surely was! Thank you very much!!!

Apartments are very spacious and updated. The exterior is inviting and the common areas are clean and well put together. I love that there is an actual workout room and not just a room with a few weights and a treadmill. Overall really nice place.

I absolutely love living here. Luxury living with all the amenities! There’s even an additional community pool and a convenience store within the Harveston community just steps away from your front door. The office staff is always efficient and courteous, such a pleasure to work with. The maintenance team is on top of their work orders and gets things done in great time. Easy access with online resident portal makes it easy to make sure they get your work orders and work gets done asap! Cape May is by far the best location in all of Temecula and the amenities are top notch.

Great Place to Live. I absolutely love it here. Peaceful. You have the lake to walk with pets. Very Pet friendly. Great supporting staff. The Maintenance team is top notch and very quick. They usually respond same day and get things resolved if needed. Highly recommend.
