I put in a request and less than 24 hours I got a call from Andrew. It was perfect timing... he came and assisted not only our ice maker concern, he also took time to listen to a couple of my other concerns. I was especially excited because I told him someday, I'll find my missing sock that fell between the washing machine. He said you'll be surprised what can be there, but I was confident it would only be my one sock. He took the time & quickly opened it up and a whole lot of socks fell out!!! 😱 I was extra happy. Anyhow, Andrew was a respectable & kind man and I feel I can trust in my apartment. Thank you for your help!!!

I want to start off by saying what a great property. It's clean, well maintained, they offer a wide selection or unit types to choose from. ( I love the trilevel 3 bedroom) Plenty of parking, garages w/ storage area too. Office staff was friendly, answered all my questions. Manager stopped to say hello. My current lease at other property is up next Month and I am moving to Paseo Del Sol. You should too!

Maintenance is always amazing, I never have to wait for things to get completed after putting in a request. We had Justin recently and he was awesome. I had added another task that came up suddenly that was done in the same visit. We’ve also had a few other maintenance guys and they were amazing as well.

I lived here for two years. Quiet, clean and well-maintained. Convenient and pleasant location. Leasing office and maintenance staff are nice and easy to work with. I especially want to commend Noreen who showed me the property and handled my paperwork. She is by far the most professional, organized, and polished of the many leasing agents I've worked with over the years. Thanks to her I was able to move in with a feeling of confidence and security.

Yes. We have 3 Community Propane BBQ/Picnic Areas Set Up For Residents Free Usage. As per Fire Department Code, Residents are Permitted Electric Grills On Their Patios Only.

In this high demand, low availability market, most future Residents do not want to chance missing an opportunity at one of our homes, and based on Touring our Community with the Leasing Staff, and viewing actual vacant photos of the home they desire, and physically viewing the actual location of the specific home within the Community, most feel very comfortable Leasing the home accordingly.
