Maintenance team does a great job of keeping the community nice and clean and they always smile and wave whenever I see them. Office team and Manager is always smiling and really friendly! …Big thank you to Francisco for fixing the appliance issue I just had! It went down and within a day he came to get it repaired with a smile on his face-now that’s service with a smile!

My family and I have lived here at Tuscany Ridge for a year and I must say it has made apartment living feel like home. Our community is always kept up from the lighting to the landscape and the pool/bbq area are always immaculate!! Any maintenance service is done quickly and professionally and even during this pandemic the maintenance crew and front office keep everyone feeling safe and secure. They’re all so very professional and always friendly. They still try to have community fun either with pizza or snow cones and it is done with such organization and ease. We really have enjoyed living here.

When we first moved management didn't have our Keys ready on the agreed upon date. We had to call maintenance to let them know we needed keys since management was not answering. There is also a lot of vehicle break ins and management does not do anything about it all they say is "file a police report". It is a gated community that supposedly has a security guard roaming. They do not roam very often and it is very rare to see any security guard. I would not recommend this apartment complex. The 1 star goes to the maintenance since they are great and get more done than management.
