This review is to reflect on Nick Gillette’s performance at this property. From the beginning he has done everything to up keep this complex and get things done in a great timely manner. He truly keeps this place together and has been so helpful to myself along with many other tenants/neighbors.

This has been a very hard place to live in. Managers come and go. I have lived here 5 years and the Manager who I thought was sweet never answers the phone. So that totally upsetting./ Good luck in Nashville . Also the hall ways are always nasty. No one will help you and they need more maintenance on staff. In front of the garages 29,20,31 the water drainage pipe has been falling down. Also the Spa handle was broken and when i went to get in it the handle slide clear over causing me to have now after 5 years and 17 surgeries after breaking my foot later to finally be fixed which my foot is damaged for life. DONT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!! NO Parking which I know whos cars are whos and take up the space for anyone to park as a guest. I love my apartment. They dont even have the address correct on there website. This is a true sign, dont move in here they will not help you and they have no voice mail set up. I have also reached out to Grey star to let them know of the issues. Good luck. I am just waiting out my lease or if the lawsuit is final I am out of here...............

I’ve been living here for 6 months now & I absolutely love it. What makes it so great here is the management. McKenna is the best property manager I’ve ever had, along with Hana (and I’ve lived in many, many places). They’re really quick to answer any questions or concerns I have, and always try their best to accommodate (and are always so kind when doing so). Maintenance responds to any issues the fastest I’ve ever experienced elsewhere & they always do a fantastic job. The property is always clean & presentable thanks to the staff here. It feels very luxurious to live here & it makes me never want to leave!
