Not a fan of all of the restrictions with Covid and such, time to move forward. Quiet though...

The gentleman at City Hall was very helpful and understanding of situation. Very commendable and friendly! Thank you!

Update your hours on google!!!! It says open at 8am on Google and I drove 2.5 hours from Ellsworth Maine to get my daughters birth certificate only to be sitting outside at 8:11am looking at a worn out note on the door saying they open at 9am. Absolutely not ok. Is this a professional government establishment or no?

I needed to register my car. The process was quick effecient and painless. I was in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes. I did have an appointment though. From the greeter to the clerk everyone was kind, helpful and courteous.

I don't think that you need an appointment, so did you call the City Clerks office to find out? Try that and see what you find out. Always refer to the source 😁! Have a nice day!!
Absolutely, you can first try and go to the dmv, THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU (they were able to help me when i had lost mine in 2018) but initially i had to go to city hall to get "official document" with that embedded stamp. Please let me know if your still stuck, i might beable to get it another way if these dont fall through!
I need to restriction Car
You do not need to return the plates, however if you wish to get rid of them they should be brought to room 102 of City Hall or to any BMV branch. If you come to City Hall you do not need to wait in line, just drop the plates with any available agent. Unfortunately there are no refunds on excise tax. Hope this helps! (Source - I work in that office 😁)

The registry of deeds at 25 Pearl Street will be able to assist you in your quest!

Yes. Go inside the main entrance, turn left, and go into the Treasury office at the end of the hall
You n have to submit a claim, but the city does have money set aside go damage down by city plows
Always go by the street signs for parking, even in the winter. They still clean the streets.
You can do that at a post office
