HORRIBLE. Brought my phone in for a cracked screen. They kept it a week an still couldn't fix it. While they had they broke my touch screen.When I picked it up they handed me a box. My phone was completely disassemble. I wish I could post pics it's completely unexcepable..

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with TechCity. I brought my Samsung laptop in after experiencing a black screen, and it turned out that the motherboard was damaged and needed to be replaced. I had a warranty on my equipment, and needed to follow specific criteria to honor the warranty requirements. It made things a little more cumbersome, but TechCity was patient and professional and helped me throughout the entire process, providing the necessary documentation to make that process easier. After purchasing a replacement laptop, all my files, apps, programs and other relevant information was transferred over without issue. I am an Engineering student, and had a significant amount of information that needed to be transferred over. Everything is just as it was before my other laptop died. I had to have my battery and connector replaced on my Asus Laptop, which is approximately 8 years old. It's what I can afford right now and working with them was probably the best customer service experience I've come across in a very long time. Honest service at an honest price. I feel like I have a brand new laptop; I had a new hard drive put in back in 2016 and also had Windows 10 installed at the same time. It's a great feeling to have it back in working order.
