I drove from Huntley in the pouring rain to meet my cousin at Sun and Moon. It did not disappoint. We focused on the spine and used the ball, I walked out feeling great. I plan on going to more classes.

I attended two classes and both of them felt very intimate and engaging. The instrctors made the class personable and overall, they were very effective classes, physically and spiritually. I highly encourage anyone looking to try our yoga, to start here.

This place is great. The teachers all live a yoga lifestyle so they are always 100% at teaching the classes. I recommend MaryAnne's classes because her teaching style is so unique and she truly teaches yoga as a culture not just as a workout. But all the teachers are great, have not been to one bad class at this location. Also, the two workshops I attended were so relaxing and wonderful. Happy to give a 5 star review.

I attended a "blissful backs" session. It was very difficult to get blissful about the experience because the room sounded like a bunch of cackling hens. Noise level VERY loud and the teach spoke the entire hour. I will not return.
