All I can say is WOW! We went to Hay Caramba on a warm, sunny Friday night and had an absolute blast!!! The overall aura and environment was so fun, I sometimes forgot I was in Uptown Park Ridge. We got our drinks and food incredibly fast and all was delicious. We even got mini margarita shots on the house!!! The best part was that two gentleman with guitars went table-by-table singing Spanish songs to all the guests. I’ve never seen that anywhere before and was so incredibly excited when they came over to our table. I honestly was on Cloud 9 the entire time and will definitely be coming back and recommending Hay Caramba to everyone I know!

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! It has been years since I last visited. Their Sangria is excellent and unique, and not pre-mixed. Tortilla Chips and Salsa, of course are served complimentary. The Salsa has a nice kick to it. Pictured here are two Steak Tacos and the Hay Caramba Combinacion. Both the Tortillas and diced up Steak pieces are nice and thick. Not salty. Would try the tacos next time with only onions and cilantro next time. The Cheese Enchilada that comes with the Hay Caramba Combinacion was great - melts in your mouth! Will be back more often for sure.

This place was great!! Awesome chips and salsa, great food and a cool ambience. The layout looks like it will be a lot of fun in the summer!! Service was excellent as well, would definitely recommend.

The outside tables are nice, the staff is friendly and attentive. The skirt steak was pretty good. This is a decent Mexican food place. The mango margaritas were really tasty!
