It’s bad. As huge fans of the ones in Salem (mostly south Salem off Liberty), we were excited to find when we moved to Albany there was a Love Love. My excitement crumbled to dust when I opened my food to find the spicy chicken literally just had chili paste dumped all over it, and there was ranch on my salad—I didn’t know I was at Applebees. The chicken was dry and if I had to guess it was from a few hours earlier. Lastly, before I go on for too long, the guy I spoke with over the phone to place the order and whom I picked up the food from was a jack***. So, they don’t like their customers nor do they have any dignity in the food they are trying to get you to buy. Might I suggest a rebranding from Love Love to Hate Hate?

This place was good when it first opened but now they have very bad management. I ordered my usual Chicken Yakisoba and the broccoli was still frozen... Yuck.

We went in to order lunch to go and had a great experience! The owner chatted with us after ringing us up and was so kind. He gave us oranges with our meals and the food was ready in less than 5 minutes. Both our meals were delicious. We will definitely be back!

My family absolutely loves, love love teriyaki! It's always a favorite everytime we are in town and sometimes when we are passing through we must stop and get some. Sales have slowed down due to covid but the food is still fantastic!
