I love not having to go all the way into town. A great little store. No, it doesn't have as much as the larger stores, but they pack an astounding amount of stuff in this store so chances are you won't be disappointed. They keep long hours too, which is also a big plus.

I shop here as necessary because it is convenient when I only need a few items. Generally well-stocked, although always higher priced than other grocers, with the exception of Market of Choice. However, the grocery checkers are among the least friendly of any grocery store I've shopped in. Despite attempts to be friendly, it is my consistent experience that these folks just seem they couldn't care less. Not a great image for the owner(s) of this store, IMO. Too bad ..

I come here all the way from Corvallis just because they have an amazing selection of hot food. It's probably at least double the selection of hot food items you would find at a Safeway. They have everything from smoked meats to Mexican food favorites to multiple types of chicken tenders and potato wedges, and more. It's like a whole buffet of goodness!

Products are extremely overpriced compared to other markets and many common products and produce are never available. The deli food is bland and oftentimes dry. The only worthwhile thing this store has to offer is the mango roll sushi and ACE Hardware's okay selection of items. Also here is a little story time: I was fired with no notice because I was "not available for enough hours." I was working at the deli too, which has been short-staffed for months before I even started working there and still is. For some reason, they did not fire any of the other high schoolers despite me being available more than them because of my college-like class schedule. When my father asked why I was fired so suddenly, the co-owner (I think that was his title) got defensive, saying that he did not need a reason as it was his business. After some arguing, he lied to our faces and said I frequently skipped my shifts and showed up late. I will admit that I would usually clock in about 2-3 minutes late, but I doubt that was enough to get me fired. I also probably did miss a day or two of work - but not without giving at least a week of notice. Even after giving them my class schedule over a month prior to when I began fall term, I was still scheduled during my classes. It is important to note that I was the only other minority employee and the only dark-skinned one at that. Many people in town (including multiple of my co-workers, classmates, and teachers) have claimed that the owner is "very racist." I cannot say whether or not I believe the owner is racist as I hardly interacted with him, but it is important to acknowledge these claims regardless. In summary, if you want to buy dollar store-tasting chicken, work for dishonest managers and potentially racist owners, eat soggy salads and """"fresh"""" baked goods, spend ten minutes looking for the non-organic bananas, and want to spend $4.50 for one pound of store brand cheese, then this is the perfect place to go!

There is a liquor store located in the IGA that sells Cointreau.
Pretty much the same as other grocery stores, masks required, social distancing required.
