Visited and read website as to hours of operation to view homes, receive size and pricing. Drove from out of town based on hours of operation only to arrive and be told we must have an appointment! Upon asking further, we were told they had no time available for us until the next week. Nothing disclosed this ahead of time. Certainly other operations available for you based on their "hours of operation". Very condescending staff upon inquiring! We will make our purchase elsewhere happily!!!

Great homes. This place had a very friendly sales staff. While we are interested in buying, a 14 month lead time just seems unreasonable.

We stopped by to see a couple of the homes for sale. There were two that I would have in a heartbeat. The rooms were spacious and well thought out. The kitchens were configured for more people to work comfortably, a one butt kitchen is a deal breaker in our family. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable

My experience with Clayton Homes was better than I could have asked for. Functioning through this pandemic is hard enough so imagine how nervous I was to be buying a house during it. I told our sales rep, David, that I'm at high risk and he gave me the reassurance I needed. I was very impressed with how they were handling the pandemic and safety. Appointments were made prior to see a rep so I felt safe going in knowing there wouldn't be tons of people. Everyone wore a mask, kept a safe distance. And of course their houses are BEAUTIFUL. They don't even look like manufactured homes. I usually don't write reviews but it was a great experience overall.
