I had excellent customer service from the moment my car was towed into Penske until the repairs were completed. The service advisor explained what repairs were needed and kept me apprised of progress. His follow up was great. I was especially thankful for a loaner vehicle as my repairs were extensive and a shipping delay on an ordered part took a day longer. I bought my vehicle from Penske in 2006 but in recent years had been going elsewhere for service but at this point will be getting all service again at Penske. I found all the employees I dealt with courteous and professional.

Terrible experience. Sat down with the manager named Ude to discuss a car I was interested in and felt very disrespected. First of all, he tried to sell me the car with SIX THOUSAND dollars in ACCESSORIES, I could buy a higher trim with that money at another dealership. Second, it seems like a joke when the sales representative says I could probably negotiate then have the manager come in and tell me straight away I should look for a cheaper model instead. The manager even tried selling a used car to me (over my budget) after I said I wasn’t interested. There was no other customer but me in the dealership. I didn’t give him a low offer for him to give me attitude, or any offer at all to even start with. It was so rushed. I was willing to talk numbers and negotiate, but felt unwelcome and left within 5 minutes after sitting down with him. Worst car shopping experience ever.

The original salesman was nice, but that was about it dealing with this Honda dealership. MSRP price was for 38k, and THEIR price was for 31k. I understand mistakes happen, but the second guy we dealt with(didn't tell me his name) told us in a very snobby way they cannot offer that price to us. Every job I have dealt with, you have to honor the price that is on YOUR car, his attitude was beyond rude and I have no plans on returning there.

I have been here numerous times for my oil change and whatever miscellaneous things that occur with having a car. My check engine light had come on and don't anybody have time to be riding around with that illuminated, no ma'am! Easy to book an appointment online, however, I am sure they do NOT honor appointments. Anyway, today I was helped by Fred who made the entire process a breeze. Fred was personable and ensured that my car would be serviced in a timely fashion. 2 hours later, (insert side-eye), an easy fix and reasonable price for the service. Convenient location, plus there is a Starbucks within walking distance if you care to wait for your car services to be completed. I took off a star because this is the 3rd time I have been offered a car wash, yet my car wasn't washed?! I had to ask to have that part of my service done. Overall, I would recommend this Honda location. Friendly staff and great customer service.

Press and hold both the number 1 and number 6 radio preset buttons. While still holding down the 1 and 6 preset buttons, tap the power button to turn on the radio. The 10 digit radio serial number will be shown on the display for about 5 to 10 seconds.
You can give them a call if they don't have the parts there and they will come in within a few days since it is an older vehicle very helpful
