1 month after my purchase I had to put a (new starter) in the 2015 Honda Accord …. Less than a year later (new front tires and brakes) The photos show cracks in paint from body work. They said there were no accidents … they lie, be careful. I would never go back to them. Big mistake.

I bought a 2014 BMW 750li 2mons ago.I came outside afew days ago to find the whole car sitting on the tires. I took it to BMW DEALERSHIP yesterday and I found out that they sold me the car with several faulty parts which totas to almost 3000$(I had the BMW DEALERSHIP notify RANDYS of the findings).I called RANDY'S and spoke with the manager MIKE who told me basically your on your own... I strongly suggest you STAY AWAY from this shady car dealership.

Randy's had the vehicle I was looking for, a beautiful Bentley Continental GT. Took it for a quick test drive and had to have it!! The sales person Mark was great, Serene helped with the paperwork and Mike came in at the end to help us get on our way quickly. There's a nice selection of vehicles on their lot!

This dealership is the worst I’ve seen I bought a 2013 Nissan Versa on April 2 ,2020 and gave them a $1700 for down payment. While I test drove it it smelled like their was dead body in the car and it would get detailed all the did was wipe it down with Lysol and the smell can back that night. The next day the check engine light turns on i go back and the salesperson just turns off the sensor doesn’t even really look into it. Two day later check engine light turns on but they are closed on Sunday. The next day on April 6th on my way to the dealership the car turns off while I’m driving on the freeway the wheel gets stiff and luckily I was able to get it on the side of the freeway I waited an hour and was able to get it back to the dealership but on the way the whole car shook. Finally I get the car to the dealership to return the car and I had already told them that what happened and that the car was not safe. Instead of understanding the situation I was called a liar by Mark the salesperson and that I just wanted to return the car and that I was making up the car malfunction. I told him just give me a refund minus the transfer fee which was $239 and enough for a full tank. After going back and forth with the “owner” Mike I was taken to the office and was told that they would only refund $900 of the $1700 down payment I made. So I took the lose just so I don’t have to deal with this shady dealership. Now whatever the dealership reply’s to my comment I’m means nothing and I mean nothing can be replied to make up getting ripped off on my refund again I take responsibility for the transfer fee and gas but the remaining $600 or so that was kept was shady. The reason the want a big down payment is if you change your mind and you want a refund they can rip you off on you down payment. The only reason this place is still in business is because of the in house financing which I admit it’s a good deal but not when the care is about to break down on you
