I purchased a 2017 Hyundai accent my sales person was Carmen she was a good sales person Not… and the night that I got home with my car the airbag light it’s been going on and off and I took it to their mechanic and they cannot fix it the first time so they had to order the parts… then I go back the second week I’m there seven hours knowing that it has squeaky brakes as well they should’ve checked the car before they sold it and had all the problems fixed which they did not I do not recommend anybody to go purchase a car from Hana’s ya at all… and I talk to the sales person Carmen And I talk to her over the phone and supposedly she wasn’t aware of the issues wrong with the car I don’t recommend my worst enemy to purchase a car from this place they are bad business 100% don’t let these reviews that you see on their website fool you I’m telling you from experience Very bad business Carmen I can’t believe u sold me a lemon ur a bad sales person And now my check engine light went on

first off i’d like to say ganas ya was the best dealer i’ve gone with by far. I’d like to recommend Katherine as she was really professional and very peppy with a positive attitude and vibe. It makes the process of buying a car so much more easier with the help of an amazing salesman. She makes sure every customer on her hands is satisfied in every aspect. I was having a hard time with other dealers and Katherine took all the stress with such friendliness and welcoming attitude.
