First the people that answer the phone are very very rude Second the young man that was moving the cars out of the service department almost hit a woman that was walking by her truck. I ask if she was ok. She was so upset. The young man did not even apologize. If I has gotten her permission I would post the video I have. I was recording the service department because they were so loud and rude to each other and I happened to catch the incident. Very unprofessional

I debated if I should write this review — mostly because corporate customer service has been a pleasure to deal with, but this dealership is the worst I've ever encountered. Long story short, purchasing from out of town. Made contact with one of the managers, Sheri, who placed a hard-to-get vehicle on hold for me. There was a problem with registration but was assured it wouldn't be an issue. Asked for a couple of photos to be sent, none were. Next day saw the vehicle was back off hold, so I contacted the national call center and the vehicle was placed back on hold, this time for 7 days to ensure enough time would be given for registration. In the meantime, I submitted all paperwork aside from financing, that would be dealt with at the local level. Two days later, call to check-in, Sheri was absent, spoke with another salesperson who assured me the vehicle was clean and would forward some pictures, none were received. Following day, car is removed off hold and sold to another party. I spoke with the business office. Another manager that assured me he would get the bottom of the issue, promised to contact me ASAP with information — no call. The level of incompetence and unethical, crooked business that goes on here has forced senior corporate leadership to investigate this store for their activity. I hope action is taken so future buyers are protected from such dirty antics. My lease was ready to be turned in and all preparations had been made — this store royally wasted my time. Some serious shortcomings at the leadership level. CarMax has been a great brand to work with in the past and generally not only is their customer service great, but their staff is attentive and helpful. This location is the outlier. If you're local, proceed with caution. If you're from out of town, avoid like the plague.

Excellent purchasing experience. I've purchased from traditional dealer's in the past but CarMax is the most fluid and straight forward car buying experience you can get. Absolutely no haggling, the price you see is what you pay (granted there are dealer fees, taxes, etc.) Full transparency everything explained in detail. Super friendly sales associates too that will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and understand everything. I would recommend anyone to come take a look and check out the nice selection of car. I requested a car transfer from Murrieta to Ontario, which took about a week. My only advice would be get your own financing with your bank. I have a 800 credit score and CarMax Financing offered me a 4.6% for 60 months. Bank of America gave me a 2.6% for 72 months for a used 2018 car!. 30-Day love your car money back guarantee! Buyers remorse who? Never heard of her! I love my new (used) Honda Accord Sport!!!

Ali and Shannon were amazing! Ali helped the whole process of test driving and buying so smooth. He was able to answer any concerns I had. He was very friendly and quick. Shannon was the one to finalize my purchase and her personally was 100/10 ! She knows her stuff and will help you so much! I definitely recommend seeing these two! P.S I LOVE MY NEW CAR

Yes you can do online too
WHAT is MY 2019 Ford Fusion TITANIMUM HYBRID WITH 1200 MILES worth?
Yes
Ive purchased several cars from CarMax and have never seen motorcycles. Id call, maybe select locations sell them.
Wow! Yours a headache. Ours a nightmare. We are so shocked that a place so revealed as THE place to Go for cars can get away with causing so much grief. We returned the car after 3 days back on 10/2/21 because of engine trouble and believe it or not we just received the payoff 12/6/21. Our bank had already took payments. We did receive all the money finally after threatening lawyer. So Sad. Our advice. Don't wait. Seek legal help asap. If cars cost $5,000. Would be bad. Their cars all are over $15,000. Even worse. Even our credit suffered for having more than one loan at a time. Not reasonable at all. Apologies for such a long comment. Ugh! How aweful that people like us who always have positive comments must become negative thanks to business like them. Good Luck!. Ours was Ontario, Ca
They buy cars and sell cars
Towing yards
Depends on if you bought it as is...
Yes u can. They will give an appraisal for your car but if there's a balance you will have to take care of it
I also had a male employee there (I didn't catch his name),make me put my mask on, when he had his down when I walked in.
Not sure... A year after the fact sounds like it's not covered. Your best bet is to call and check. If it WAS replaced at Riverside, there should be a limited warranty for the part. You'll have to call Riverside and check. Best of luck!
No money down is available with good credit. Now if your credit is fair or poor, you will need to put something down. CarMax will not allow you to bring your down payment on a later date like most major dealers. But I've bought 3 vehicles at CarMax and the experience has been great
No just walk in I love that place.
They will appraise it tell you what it is worth minus that from your loan an your responsible for that difference right then or trade it that difference will go on the back of your new loan
Not sure. But i never had any problems...
Car does buy vehicles that are not running. However it would be appraised as a non running vehicle. It it in non op status with dmv?

Just the registration and your driver license. They will make a very quick checking on it. You wait 10-15 minutes and you get their purchase offer.
They take personal checks, we paid for our car with a personal check.
Not sure, need to call them
You can check through their website. Just put the zipcode and run the search.
Only some times.
You need the title or lienholder info to sell.
