This is one of the best Toyota dealerships around!!! (I have purchased from 3 different Toyota dealerships in the Inland Empire & this was the smoothest experience yet!) Jose Solis made the whole experience seamless. I felt like they weren’t trying to push me into a deal that I wasn’t completely comfortable with (which is not my typical dealership experience). This experience from start to finish was pleasant & I will definitely be recommending John Elway Toyota to all my friends & family. Go see Jose Solis! You won’t be disappointed!!!

We had such a great experience with Crown Toyota! Victor Duran is our sales person. He’s young, friendly and super efficient. Given this crazy auto market, Victor really treated us like friends put himself in to our shoes and helped us save money. Before the car delivery, he saw there were some unclean spots after the car wash, he just went away and washed the car again. He also patiently showed us the functions of the car even it’s pretty late for him. We really appreciate Victor’s help. I’d recommend him to all my friends.

We had a wonderful experience at Crown Toyota. We have been purchasing our vehicles here, hassle free for the last 6 years. We always go to our favorite person, Don Gale! He is so knowledge, straightforward and honest. Hes never tried to pressure us, and works really hard for you. We trust his opinion, and that is why we keep coming back to him. We advise all our friends and family to visit him at crown Toyota when in the market, he makes the process painless and enjoyable. He showed us all the new features on our car and made sure we were completely set before we left the lot. We’re so happy with our new Rav and look forward to doing business here again. Thank you Don!! We’ll see you next time!

Crown Toyota team was awesome! Abraham Reyes answered all questions and was very helpful with putting the deal together. Jimmy Barela handled finance side and helped me find best rate possible. I couldn't be happier with my purchase

Ikenna, thanks for reaching out! Please make call and make an appointment or visit https://www.crowntoyota.com/service/schedule-service/ and we would be happy to help with that!
I would call first to make sure they have everything needed to repair the condition that prompted the recall.
Hey Perla, it is all depending on what you need done. Please give our service department a call and we can talk you through everything.
Harriett, senior discounts were discontinued because we are competitively priced with the other Toyota dealerships in the area. Also, coupons must be presented at the time of the service write-up.
Im not there any more im sorry.
Yes, we have the ability to provide loans ranging from short to long term for both New and Pre-Owned vehicles.
Yes, we have the ability to work with all customers who have less than perfect credit.
Yes, we are a Toyota dealership. However, our Pre-Owned inventory contains a variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs across many different brands to meet your specific needs.
No, we don’t require an appointment! However, it is preferred in order to make sure we have the specific vehicle ready for you.
Face Mask, Social Distance, Driving test alone, no sales person, in the car with customers, hand sanitizer, also acrilic on desktop.
There was a prime being taken by his new owner on the day that I got my Rav4 hybrid. And dealer said that guy had waited for 5 months for his... Dealers bro waited more 8 months for his!
Call them
You will find a nice truck for $35k
Go talk to Steve he's very good at his job and will get you the best deal
Yes
Make appointment before you go they are vary busy
You should have it checked at you next maintenance appt.
Yes, they are open
Check the driver side door. Open it and look at the sticker on the column near the seat. That's you cold tire pressure. The tire pressure markings on actual tire is the maximum pressure the tire can hold. You never want to run maximum pressure on cold tires. When tires heat up by running pressure increases.
If you know what is OnStar is, it's basically Toyota's version of that. If you have it, there should be a button in the center roof cluster near the windshield. It provides a direct link to an operator that can call emergency or road side services for you quickly with the press of a button. It will activate when the vehicle is in an accident and call emergency services if you are unable to respond. It will also track your vehicle if reported stolen. It comes free with new vehicles for a varying "trial period" based on model/trim. Your Prius Prime would likely qualify for the 3 year trial standard, but that's going off 2019 models. Used cars bought from a dealer usually come with 6 months. If you're no longer covered by the trial it's $8/mo or $80/yr. You can press the button to talk to an operator about subscribing if you want to skip the trip to the dealer.
Best to call and make sure
I would avoid this dealer and try Longo
I just walkednin and the sales department was amazing
I am not aware of it but you can call and find find out if they have a recall on the primus
Unless it's under warranty, it may be better to check with experts other than the dealership
I would call Toyota Corp directly. Ask for another dealer to look at it.
I lost my Toyota Camry key fob. They programmed it by getting another key but call and ask to make sure.
I believe you can tow it there but you would have to tell him and let them check it over.
Website is the best way. I even suggest you go see Zemer. He will find it for you and not sell you anything else.
Yes
Located on the east side of the 15 freeway at Jurupa offramp
Most newer have Toyota's lifetime transmission fluid, so 100,000 is the earliest that is recommended. It not just a drain and fill, the device has to do it via a computer, when the fluid is cold, because there's sensors inside the transmission, and the device fluid has to be introduced, very precisely.
They have a quick lube lane and the wait is usually not over an hour
