Most newer have Toyota's lifetime transmission fluid, so 100,000 is the earliest that is recommended. It not just a drain and fill, the device has to do it via a computer, when the fluid is cold, because there's sensors inside the transmission, and the device fluid has to be introduced, very precisely.
