I love the store my son loves to come here, There was a manager she was so nice so kind but I think they had to transfer her to another state. That store was the best store ever all that manager was there now that she's gone it's so so I give it a three star

I’d always love going to this store. I would come twice of month because it’s quite a long drive. I recently went last week and I had a horrible experience. I never thought it was going to happen but it did. Patty Espinosa (cast member) was so rude while I was checking out. She accused me about several things something that I didn’t even do or knew about. She embarrassed me in front of other guests and cast members. A cast member like her shouldn’t be working for the company. If she worked at the park, she would’ve been fired. I hope she gets verbal warning or disciplined because what she did wasn’t okay. Sadly, it hurts me to say this but I probably won’t be back. Patty Espinosa ruined the magic for me.

There staff is amazing! I just bought my 6 year old sister new Minnie ears for when we go to Disneyland in January and I bought my boyfriend a cute Mickey Mouse mug! There prices are very reasonable and affordable!
