Since it's winter time and there's salt on the ground, I have been using this car wash at least once a week. It's not perfect, but it's definitely convenient. The main reason I signed up for it was to keep the salt off my car and it does that. When I signed up, someone helped me do that and was very knowledgeable about the difference between the packages. Many people here complain about the lack of drying, that is true. But it's also considered an express car wash. If they had a worker drying the car at the end, it wouldn't really be express. The air blowers do a decent job but yes it's still left wet. If that really bothers you, maybe consider this a "between detailed car wash" car wash. They do have vacuums there, but I haven't used them so I can't speak to them. I believe the price for them was somewhere around $2 or $5 but I can't remember exactly. Overall, I personally like it and have recommended them to family. Update: I have been trying to get get my membership canceled but cannot reach anyone for 2 months. How can I cancel it? Update 2: No one ever got back to me. I was able to finally reach someone at the physical location and have since canceled my membership.

Deceptive Business Practice. "The Sign out front says "Oil Change. Now Open! Starting at $35.99 and up. Pull up in front of garage door." I was charged $39.99. When I asked why $4.00 extra I was told, "That's when you bring your own oil." What? Would I expect to bring my own food if I went to a restaurant, or my own Scissors if I wanted a haircut? I did get the refund but had to argue the point for a few minutes. I also should not have to look for other signs for the full menu. You should add in that sign, “Bring your own oil”, and then see how many drivers pull into your establishment.
