After 20 years our flooring was in desperate need of change. The hardwood floor in the main living area was scratched and worn practically to the bare surface in areas. The carpeting in the bedrooms and hallway were worn, torn, and stained. We went to several different stores and finally found the LVP we wanted. We got an estimate from one place but were unimpressed with the salesperson. I saw that Carpet One Spartanburg had some great reviews so we went there and met with Brent. We were immediately impressed with his knowledge and understanding of what we wanted. He thoroughly explained everything that went into the quote and worked with us to get the pricing right. Next came the installers…Vlad and Vlad were outstanding. Personable, professional, on time, and truly a joy to have in our home. The whole process took 6 days to complete. They ran into a couple of small issues, explained how they would correct them, and then did. They worked hard to keep the dust to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves every day. Brent followed up multiple times during the week to make sure things were going well and that we were pleased with everything. I could not be more impressed with Carpet One or our new flooring. It made the house look new again.

We LOVE our new carpet from carpet one. The staff was super helpful to work with. We bought a home and wanted the carpets done before moving in. They came and measured the home during our inspection and worked with us on the best options for our needs. They did the install the day after closing. During the install they noticed the builder was missing a trim piece. They could have easily just installed the new carpet and not said anything but they really take pride in their work. All the staff were super courteous to my wife and kids too We worked with Erin and John on the purchase and Bob on the install.

Laminate floors provide a wide array of styles, colors and textures that are both aesthetically pleasing and budget friendly. You can get the look of hardwood, tile or stone without sacrificing your budget. Laminate is a great choice for high-traffic rooms, such as entryways and living rooms, and high moisture areas such as kitchens and baths. Laminate flooring is constructed of a protective wear layer over a decorative sheet containing the pattern, supported by a rigid core and bottom balance layer to help prevent warping. As a result, laminate floors are durable, easy to maintain and are more resistant to stains, fading, moisture, scuffs, and scratches. Best yet, laminate floors are available in a wide variety of patterns and styles, ranging in looks from wood to tile to stone.

What are some of the different types of carpet?

Loop Loop carpet consists of yarns that are looped and uncut on the carpet surface. The pile height can vary from low, tightly constructed to a more luxurious high-level pile. Loop carpet has strength and inherent soil hiding capabilities. Its shadings also resist traffic patterns, while making colors appear rich. This carpet type is ideal for heavy traffic areas. Pattern A combination of high cut tufts and lower loops create a variety of sculpted patterns. Patterned carpet is often tough and durable, offering good performance in areas that see a lot of activity. Patterned carpet also adds a dimension of texture within a room and hides traffic patterns. Frieze Friezes are often called 'Twists' and include Shags and Cables; which are extreme versions of a Frieze. Highly twisted yarns give frieze carpets a contemporary look and make them a smart choice for any active part of your home. Best of all, they're less likely to show vacuum marks or footprints than other cut pile styles.
