They told me my engine was gone after taking my car in due to over hitting. After taking it to another shop, Turns out my car just needed a new hose and radiator and it’s working just fine now.

I had a low pressure indicator go off on my Camry and these guys were the only ones nearby still open after 6pm, so I decided to drop by hoping for the best. When I got there, the service manager told me they were booked, but that he could get one of his guys (Marcus, I believe...) to check the tire and at least inflate it to get me back on my way. When Marcus checked, he was able to see the actual nail in the tire and told me it could be a quick fix. I told him that the manager told me they were booked and he said to just tell him that he could do it and to ask, saying that he'd verify it. He also checked and saw that the tire pressure in my other tires was way too high. Some were in the mid-40s when my recommended pressure was 35PSI. [This was just a day or two past my regular scheduled maintenance at my Toyota Dealer (Town & Country) where they had inspected my tires, rotated them, and also fixed ANOTHER slow leak in ANOTHER tire. The new flat wasn't the Toyota dealer's problem, but the over-inflated tires were..., so I had to rate THEIR service a bit lower than usual...] So, I did as Marcus suggested and got the flat fixed. This was a great relief as it was at a time when I could barely spare a few minutes, much less hours of waiting and the uncertainty of a tire with a nail in it when I needed to do things the next morning. At any rate, the tire was patched and I still have proper tire pressure. Marcus even helped check me out since the service manager left about an hour before closing for the holiday weekend. I am sure they all have had a long week just based on their backup in scheduled work and discussions with other customers who were having service done. Great to see someone such as Marcus (I HOPE I have that name right, this was a few days ago...) dedicated to customer service at a time when so many people are just blowing people off whenever they are the least bit inconvenienced.

Fantastic service! I live nearby and have seen this location for many years. Today, I had a slow leak in one of my tires and decided to take it it. I called first and Kendall answered quickly and was easy to talk to. He did let me know they were *very* busy, but they'd work me in. He was careful to set the expectation that it may be a minimum of 1.5 hours to get it looked at. When I arrived Manny was at the front. He easily pulled up my info from my call with Kendall, and got me set up. He ALSO was careful to set the expectation that it could be a while to get my car looked at. I appreciate that; I understand when you're busy, so at least be honest with me upfront! While I waited, they had multiple calls come in, letting customers know upfront that if they wanted to schedule an appointment it may be 5+ days before they can be worked in. Even simple work like oil changes required an overnight stay. After my time waiting, Manny explained what was done, and we enjoyed a brief conversation about my son who's interested in being a mechanic. The price was fair, the service exceptional, and this location is highly recommended!

The two front tires of my Honda Civic were wearing unevenly, so I made an appointment for an alignment. I had to book a week ahead because this location is very busy. My appointment was at 7AM, and service was completed in less than an hour. Paul was working at the front desk, and was very friendly and informative. He advised me on additional maintenance that my car needed, but I wasn't prepared to have it completed at that time. I was not pressured in any way to buy extra services. This was my first experience at a Firestone, and I highly recommend this location. My car runs like a champ now.

Mask Required in waiting area, mandatory 6 feet apart, preferred drop off appointments over waiting for work to be completed. Plenty to see and do in the area if you must wait. Very efficient communications via phone calls if important information needs relayed. Tight Team, Efficient & Professional .
They do everything but body work. As for the tire, it depends on why it's flat, doesn't it?
