The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Good price for a room with a full kitchen.

Absolutely, not what you expect from Hilton. We clearly were interrupting the front desk, she seemed really bothered to help. The entire hotel is in needed of renovation. The microwave in the room was broken so they threw a very small microwave on the counter. Upon arrival the nightstand was falling over, I had to shimmy under it for it to stand. Bathroom sink cracked. No sheets or blankets for pull out bed and in asking the front desk, they seemed again very bothered to be asked for anything and hand us sheet nothing else. My husband and I are Diamond members and have been to Hiltons all over the US and this was the worst experience. If we had not used points that were not refundable we would of left immediately very happy it was not a long stay. Location is the only benefit.

The hotel was far from the standards I expect from Hilton. The elevators were not clean, the carpet in my room was soggy with water, the towels in my room had someone else's hair. On the second night of the 5 night stay, there was a cockroach in the bathroom and I asked for an early checkout and was told I'd not be charged for the stay. However, I was charged for all of the 5 nights.

Love whoever decided it was smart to do construction work at 8 am in the room above me. Not to mention the chemical fumes that came down from the room they’re working on and made me dizzy. Also there were giant centipedes and little roaches. Also there were not just stains, but actual crud on the carpet and curtains
