This my first time dealing with this office I usually go to rancho district. But these ppl here don't help anyone they do what they want. They don't know how to help anyone and the phone service is wack. I want my case back at rancho asap 😩

Mr Pam helped me but I’m still missing my first months issuance because I applied in January. Transaction was denied! My card is cancelled DPSS does not answer due to high call volume. Payment is not processed.

There are a select few people here that really legitimately care about helping people. The attitudes here conveys ,” I am a miserable person, so I’d like to do the very least to help you, since no one has helped me.” Some of the cases workers here need some services as well, like some psycho therapy, and a few courses on customer service. There’s one black lady and one Hispanic man that seem like they enjoy their job. Everyone else needs to quit, or retire.

I just went there right now and the security guard lady and the asian guy worker were really really rude, especially the lady security guard. she got an attitude for no reason. idc who you are, if you are disrespecting me ill disrespect you. :) if you don’t like your job go find another :)

Head north on Long Beach, towards Imperial Hwy, make a right on Imperial Hwy, now your heading east towards Atlantic Ave. Make a left on Atlantic Ave heading north. And after a 2 and a half miles, you should arrive at DPSS office located at 8130 Atlantic Ave, Cudahy, CA 90201. It's on your left hand side coming from these directions. Have a safe trip!
You will need court documents, his birth certificate, social and income for everyone in the household. Any verification for property, (such as home, vehicle, bank accounts,ect). You will need your birth, social and CA ID for yourself. Also you must complete the required forms and packet. This can all be done at your nearest DPSS office, Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
